Marcus & Millichap appoints Robb as head of retail leasing & advisory services

Calabasas, CA Andee Robb has joined Marcus & Millichap as head of retail leasing & advisory services, a newly established role that reflects Marcus & Millichap’s continued investment in providing market-leading solutions to clients. Robb’s extensive retail real estate experience includes deep expertise in leasing, portfolio optimization, transaction management, and brokerage operations.

“Andee will lead the development and expansion of our retail leasing business, partnering closely with our agents to identify new opportunities, strengthen retailer engagement, and evolve our leasing platform and service offerings to clients across North America,” said J.D. Parker, Marcus & Millichap’s executive vice president and chief operating officer. “Andee’s leadership, industry relationships, and strategic expertise will play a critical role as we expand our retail leasing capabilities.”

Over more than 20 years in commercial real estate, Robb has held senior leadership positions with leading retail real estate organizations, advising national and global brands on market expansion, and real estate strategy. Most recently, she served as executive vice president of transaction management within JLL’s Retail Corporate Services group, where she led portfolio strategy and transaction management programs for major retailers.

Robb’s appointment marks Marcus & Millichap’s third major senior retail leadership hire this quarter. In May, the firm appointed longtime retail real estate specialist Michael Puline to the position of senior managing director and national director of retail. Earlier in June, the company named Thomas Gorman senior managing director and national net lease division leader.
