I strive to give each of my client's excellent, quality service. Responsive, proactive service is how I make my clients feel valued. Taking the time to listen to them by answering their questions and e-mails promptly is a key factor in the relationships I build. What social media and/or face to face networking activities do you find most beneficial professionally? LinkedIn is a useful tool to stay in touch with your network and on the pulse of what is going on in the industry. There are so many events going on and not enough days in the week! I find that it is a beneficial supplement to my networking activities because it allows me to informally stay in touch with people I meet. In many ways, it also provides credibility for professional networking opportunities. What are you doing differently in 2014 that has had positive impact on your career? In 2014, I have focused on having a stronger work/life balance and it has been beneficial to increasing efficiency in all areas of my life and prioritizing what needs to be done.
