Selling one the highest per s/f trassactions on a extremely complicated strip mall deal in Suffolk County. What predictions do you have for commercial real estate in 2011? I think we will continue to see more and more transactions through out the year as confidence grows, and more notable deals will come at the end of 2011 What are some of your New Year's Resolutions? Acquiring strip malls, and stand alone retail for my own portfolio.
