Mancuso of Chas. Mancuso brokers 27,000 s/f lease to SolarX in Batavia
Mancuso has arranged a 10-year, 27,000 s/f lease in the former Batavia Pepsi Cola distribution building, now known as the The Crickler Business Center. SolarX, a sunglass and holiday ornament distribution company has selected the property, located on 319 - 327 West Main St., as their primary distribution site to service their national client list. SolarX distributes its sunglasses and personalized ornamants to mall kiosk locations throughout the U.S.
Ben Mancuso, managing director at Chas. Mancuso & Son, Inc., represented both sides of the transaction. "We have repositioned the facility as a full service business center. Since the transition we have signed deals on 35,000 ft. of warehouse/distribution space and 4,000 ft. of executive office suites. Tenants share a receptionist, conference rooms, lunch rooms," said Mancuso.
"Given the current climate we are pleased with the activity and very happy to have SolarX operating in WNY," he said.
