Leslie J. Garfield & Co., Inc. leased the restaurant space at 441 Amsterdam Ave. The 1,100 s/f space was leased to St. James Gate, an Irish Restaurant and Pub, which had another location on Second Ave. They are taking over Louie's West Side Café.
Director of sales and leasing, Brandon Malzman said, "We are pleased to have found a tenant to take over the corner restaurant space on Amsterdam Ave. This represents the second leasing transaction we have completed in the neighborhood over the last two weeks where demand for retail space continues to be strong."

In a second transaction, Leslie J. Garfield & Co. leased the ground floor of 103 West 86th St. The 1,300 s/f space, which includes a large garden, was leased to the Yin Beauty Spa, marking the spa's second area location, in addition to their other space at 22 East 66th.
Maltzman said, "We are very pleased to have signed Yin Beauty Spa, operated by Kai Yin Bao to a 10 year lease. Columbus Ave. has become the retail destination for upscale West Siders. Given the strong demand for the space in the area, we had several prospects bidding on the space."
