Majerovsky of Citywide Props. arranges three leases totaling 5,550 s/f

Sasha Majerovsky of Citywide Properties, Inc. has completed the following three commercial leases totaling 5,550 s/f: * Mica Madison, LLC has signed a five-year lease for 1,500 s/f at 144 West 37th St. Majerovsky represented both the landlord and tenant. * Panorama Jewelry, Inc. leased 1,650 s/f for a five-year deal at 42 West 38th St. for a portion of the 6th floor. The landlord was represented by Elo Capital, LLC and Majerovsky represented the tenant. * Premier Technologies/Metroplex Group/Core Facility Services have signed a three-year lease for the entire 4th floor of 2,400 s/f of office space at 140 West 36th St. The tenant was represented by Jeff Hersh of Manhattan Commercial Realty Corp. and landlord was represented by Majerovsky.
