Main-Cali Williamsville acquires 5429 Main St., Williamsville for $1 million
Main-Cali Williamsville, LLC acquired 5429 Main St. from 5429 Main Street Realty Corp. for $1 million. The current tenant, Starbucks Corp., is joined by Alex and Ani LLC, which opened its first retail store in the Greater Buffalo Area. Matthew Lester from Caliber Commercial Brokerage LLC and Kevin Parisi from Trinity Realty Group brokered the transaction, Zach Casale of Largo Capital arranged financing with S&T Bank and the buyer was represented by Patrick Quigley, Esq., partner at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP.
