Ciminelli Real Estate Corp.promotes Juron-Borgese, Packard and Schwartz

Ciminelli Real Estate Corp. has promoted the following three employees: Denise Juron-Borgese to vice president of development and planning; Brad Packard to director of development and planning; and, Andrew Schwartz to senior marketing manager. All three work in the company's headquarter office in Williamsville. Juron-Borgese joined Ciminelli's development team in 2010 as a project manager and was promoted to director of development and planning in 2013. In addition to overseeing the development department's day-to-day operations, she will also supervise all aspects of Ciminelli's new development projects and opportunities. Juron-Borgese is a licensed architect in New York state, earned undergraduate degrees in Architecture and English from SUNY at Buffalo, holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and is a LEED Accredited Professional by the United States Green Building Council. She is currently overseeing the development of Conventus, Ciminelli's $110 million medical office building on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus in Buffalo, NY. Juron-Borgese is a founding member of the Buffalo Architecture Foundation, is a member of the Buffalo/Western New York Chapter of the AIA, and is on the advisory board of the Interior Design Department at SUNY Buffalo State. Packard joined Ciminelli in 2013 as a project manager after having served as the assistant director of Community Development with the Town of Clarence, NY. In his new role he will be responsible for providing project management services on key Ciminelli development projects throughout Western New York, including site planning, entitlements, and project outreach efforts to community stakeholders, and will also serve as the company's liaison to all municipal agencies. Packard received his Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design from SUNY at Buffalo, is a certified planner through the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), and received certification through the Six Sigma business process efficiency program. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Belmont Housing Resources for Western New York, Inc. Schwartz joined Ciminelli's marketing team in 2005 as a marketing manager, and brought with him over 7 years of public relations and marketing expertise. As senior marketing manager, he will be responsible for the development and implementation of all corporate and property marketing plans, and will oversee all aspects of graphic design, advertising and promotion, and social media. Schwartz holds a Bachelor of Science in Media Communications from Medaille College in Buffalo, NY, and is a licensed New York state real estate salesperson.
