MacAffer and Simonds of CBRE-Albany lease 13,500 s/f to BestPass at 500 New Karner Rd., Colonie

Albany, NY According to CBRE-Albany, BestPass, a wholly owned subsidiary of New York State Motor Truck Association, has leased 13,500 s/f at 500 New Karner Rd. BestPass provides bulk toll purchasing and streamlined toll management services to commercial fleets. BestPass president & CEO, John Andrews said, "We are extremely excited about moving into our new office space. With rapid expansion of our services across the continental U.S. and Canada it became vital that we secure additional office space to facilitate our continued growth. CBRE-Albany has been a critical partner in helping us locate the space needed in such short order." Ann MacAffer, CCIM and Eric Simonds, CCIM of CBRE-Albany represented the company. BestPass started as a small unit of New York State Motor Truck Association inside of 828 Washington Ave., Albany and has grown to now occupy over 13,000 s/f. The demand for more office space was triggered by BestPass' impressive workforce expansion, which has grown from four to over 26 employees. BestPass turned to CBRE-Albany to assist them in not only accommodating their commercial real estate needs today, but also for the foreseeable future. New York State Motor Truck Association remains in the building at 828 Washington Ave., Albany which is also available for sale or lease with CBRE-Albany.
