Lupo and Niblock of Friedman-Roth Realty collaborate in $570,000 sale
According to Friedman-Roth Realty Services, it has completed the sale of an apartment building located at 2420 Bathgate Ave. The four-story building, situated at the corner of East 188th St., is comprised of nine residential units and a retail store. The building was sold for $570,000 and was this first sale of this property in over 50 years. Eric Lupo, who represented the seller and George Niblock who procured the purchaser were the brokers.
