New York, NY Brad Loe has joined Douglas Elliman Real Estate’s office at 575 Madison as an executive manager of sales, reporting to Steven James, chief executive officer. Loe comes to Elliman with over 12 years of experience as a broker and sales manager at one of Manhattan’s most respected boutique brokerage firms, Fox Residential Group. “Brad’s wealth of knowledge about Manhattan real estate, coupled with his powerful negotiation prowess make him a terrific addition to our management team,” said Dottie Herman, president and CEO of Douglas Elliman. “He’s a proven leader and offers years of industry experience to advise and guide our agents.” Known for his integrity, attention to detail, and outside of the box thinking, Loe brings a boutique mentality to his managerial role at Douglas Elliman’s 575 Madison Ave office, where he will be responsible for overseeing the office’s diverse and talented group of agents. “We are so pleased to welcome Brad to our team,” said Steven James. “He fully understands the ins and outs of the industry and navigating the course of closing a deal. He will be a valued mentor to our agents.” “I am very excited to be taking on this new role at Douglas Elliman and to be part of such a strong and powerful brand,” said Loe. “Despite the fact it is New York’s largest brokerage, Douglas Elliman runs similarly to a boutique firm, with Dottie, Howard and Steven very present in the day to day operations. This is a clear source of the company’s success and I’m thrilled to be part of the team.” Hailing from the Chicago area, Loe is a graduate of Indiana University. An Upper East Side resident, when Loe is not working he can be found running, cooking or spending time with his wife and daughter.
