LiMandri of Vidaris keynotes IREM May luncheon meeting

Robert LiMandri, former New York City commissioner of buildings and currently senior principal at Vidaris, was the keynote speaker at IREM's May luncheon. The topic was "2014 Building Code Key Changes and Impacts." Michael Keaveney of Waterman Properties earned his Certified Property Manager designation and was officially sworn in at the organization's luncheon meeting. The chapter will also hold the following upcoming events: * IREM Greater N.Y. chapter's and BOMA Long Island's Annual Golf Outing on Thursday, June 25th. the event will be held at the Harbor Links Golf Course, Port Washington. * The rivlary continues... the Boston Red Sox and the New York Yankees! Whichever team you root for, join IREM on Thursday, August 6th at Yankee Stadium for an evening of fun, food and, of course, baseball! Tickets are $110 each and include all you can eat buffet dinner, soft drinks and semi-private space seating in sections 133 and 134.
