Robert LiMandri, former New York City commissioner of buildings and currently senior principal at Vidaris, was the keynote speaker at IREM's May luncheon. The topic was "2014 Building Code Key Changes and Impacts." Michael Keaveney of Waterman Properties earned his Certified Property Manager designation and was officially sworn in at the organization's luncheon meeting.
