LIDC honors Stoiber as Attorney of the Year

The Long Island Development Corporation (LIDC) honored Elke Stoiber, as Attorney of the Year.  Stoiber practices in the Real Estate Law Group at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP. She represents clients in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate, with an emphasis on the representation of institutional lenders and government sponsored or guaranteed facilities.  In addition to her lending work, Stoiber drafts contracts, represents builders in the sale of new construction and acts as counsel to banks on issues involving general banking and cash management matters, including the negotiation of Inter-creditor, Lockbox and other Tri-Party Agreements. Every year, the LIDC gives awards to those individuals and institutions that have provided significant contributions to Long Island's small business and economic development. Stoiber was recognized with this honor because she has exhibited a cooperative spirit and has worked well with the economic community on Long Island.  She was honored at a breakfast at the Woodlands on November 19.
