LIDC finances 20,206 s/f in Nassau and Suffolk Counties

The Long Island Development Corp (LIDC) financed over 20,206 s/f of commercial real estate as part of total funding for qualified Small Business projects in Nassau & Suffolk Counties. Steve Molfetta, VP lending financed Jeffrey R. Brook DDM PC. - a periodontal practice. Dr. Brook received a $162,500 SBA loan as part of a $325,000 financing package to purchase a 1,500 s/f professional condo located at 2940 Lincoln Ave., Oceanside. LIDC financed the purchase of a 3,006 s/f professional office condominium for Antonio Casanova DDS & Bruce Goldman DDM PLLC to expand their general dental practice. They received a $404,000 SBA 504 loan as part of a $1.06 million financing package. Their new location is at 901 Stewart Ave., Garden City. Molfetta & Steve Goad, VPs lending financed United Landscape Assoc. Inc. in order to expand and relocate their full service landscape design and maintenance business to better serve their customer base of residential and commercial customers. They received a $744,000 SBA loan as part of a $1.796 million financing package. The newly constructed building is located in an economic development zone in the Town of Brookhaven in Bellport.
