Group PMX hires nine, expanding project management, controls and analytics

Manhattan, NY Group PMX has added nine new team members since the start of 2026. Spanning disciplines that include project management, recruiting, financial controls, data analytics, scheduling, and estimating, this latest cohort extends the technical strength, resource flexibility, and reach of the firm.

• Evan Price, senior project manager: Price brings 12 years of experience managing construction and development projects spanning commercial, residential, and mixed-use asset, office, retail, and industrial property types. He is known for leading teams across all phases of the project lifecycle — from preconstruction through closeout — with strong command over scheduling, procurement, budgeting, quality, safety, and multidisciplinary team coordination.

• Pauline Kelly, budget analyst: Kelly brings 19 years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting for complex organizations. She is recognized for overseeing operating and capital budgets, strengthening forecasting accuracy through executive reporting and variance analysis, and driving efficiency and transparency through improved financial controls and reporting.

• Anjelica Milanian, talent acquisition manager: With 16 years of talent acquisition experience across enterprise and growing organizations, Milanian is passionate about building meaningful partnerships, developing strong teams, and creating exceptional hiring experiences. Her background spans industries including construction, infrastructure, finance, technology, and sustainability, where she has partnered with leaders to attract top talent and support organizational growth. Known for her collaborative approach and people-first mindset, she believes great hiring happens when strategy, partnership, and human connection come together.

• Jonathan Cu, associate project manager: Cu brings four years of experience supporting complex healthcare, higher education, and public-sector projects across multiple markets. He has built a track record in project coordination, budget and schedule controls, and key documentation management, and is recognized for his strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

• Tatiana Campos, project engineer: Campos brings five years of experience across large-scale healthcare, higher education, commercial, and residential developments, with a strong foundation in both project engineering and project management. Her skill set includes multidisciplinary team coordination, procurement support, sustainability milestone tracking, and QA/QC.

• Karyn Bravo, project engineer: Bravo brings nine years of experience supporting healthcare, residential, commercial, and educational developments, with particular expertise in the design and administration of complex MEP systems. She has played a key role in meeting the rigorous technical demands of active medical environments.

• Benson Chan, associate project manager: Chan brings 11  years of experience in project coordination, mechanical scopes, and estimating across complex construction projects, including healthcare, higher education, aviation, and institutional facilities. Known for his detail-oriented approach and collaborative style, he has consistently helped teams maintain quality, schedule, and efficient project delivery.

• Shannon Bishop, budget analyst: Bishop brings over a decade of experience in budgeting and financial controls supporting large-scale public infrastructure programs. Her expertise spans financial reporting, cost analysis, accrual preparation, and project cost tracking, grounded in a detail-oriented, data-driven approach. She supports project teams by strengthening financial accuracy, improving reporting processes, and ensuring compliance across complex engineering and construction programs.

• Ian O’Mara, reporting analyst: O’Mara brings five years of experience in data analysis, project management, and reporting across commercial and mixed-use developments in the New York City area. His expertise includes financial modeling, market research, and feasibility analysis, risk assessment, with a focus on translating complex data into actionable insights.
