Sholom & Zuckerbrot arrange 6,300 s/f lease
Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty (S&Z) has arranged a 6,300 s/f long-term lease for Men's Wearhouse at 5288 Sunrise Highway, in the Sunrise Promenade, according to Frank Zuckerbrot, president of S&Z.
Douglas Weinstein, managing director of S&Z, represented Men's Wearhouse and dealt directly with the landlord, Spiegel Associates, represented by Cliff Sondock.
