Lewis and Flaccomio of ERG Commercial Real Estate sell two properties for $1.3 million

Bronx, NY ERG Commercial Real Estate brokered the sale of two adjacent multifamily buildings in the Pelham Bay neighborhood for $1.3 million. The buildings, at 3037 and 3039 Roberts Ave., are free-market buildings built in 1927.

3037 Roberts Ave. is a two-unit building and 3039 Roberts Ave. features four apartments. Together they total 4,856 s/f.

“The buyer was aggressively pursuing free market smaller multifamily buildings in the Bronx. Delivering the property vacant allows the buyer to immediately rehab the property adding value,” said ERG’s Ryan Lewis, who along with Anthony Flaccomio represented the both the buyer and the undisclosed seller of the buildings.
