Lewis and Flaccomio of ERG Commercial Real Estate broker sale of two multifamily buildings

Bronx, NY ERG Commercial Real Estate brokered the sale of two adjacent multifamily buildings in the Pelham Bay neighborhood for $1.3 million.

The buildings, at 3037 and 3039 Roberts Ave., are free market buildings constructed in 1927.

3037 Roberts Ave. is a two-unit building and 3039 Roberts Ave. features four apartments. Together they total 4,856 s/f.

“The buyer was aggressively pursuing free market smaller multifamily buildings in the Bronx. Delivering the property vacant allows the buyer to immediately rehab the property adding value,” said ERG’s Ryan Lewis, who along with Anthony Flaccomio represented both the buyer and the undisclosed seller of the buildings.

The buildings are two blocks from the #6 Subway Station and one block from a main retail corridor, with access to the Bruckner Expwy. and the Hutchinson Pkwy.
