Dayan, Weiss and Zund of Resolution broker leases; 5,000 s/f to La Radiant and 2,100 s/f to Ba Neul

Manhattan, NY Jonata Dayan, executive vice president, and Brett Weiss, director/leasing of Resolution Real Estate Partners, a member of NAI Global, have arranged a 10-year lease for La Radiant at 11 West 32nd St. The jewelry design and production company has taken the entire 5,000 s/f, seventh floor space for its new headquarters and showroom. La Radiant will be designing the space, and the landlord is providing new bathrooms, new flooring, and a package A/C unit. Dayan and Weiss represented both the tenant and landlord on the lease transaction. Asking rent was $36 per s/f.

In addition, Dayan and Jeffrey Zund, executive director/head of leasing, arranged a five-year lease for a 2,100 s/f space at 45 West 34th St. for Ba Neul, a woman-owned tattoo salon founded by renowned Korean tattoo artist MJ Lynch. Dayan represented the tenant. The landlord, 34th Street Commercial Properties, LLC, was represented by Zund. Asking rent was $45 per s/f.
