Levy of Adams represents landlord in 23,785 s/f lease at 463 Seventh Avenue; Friedman of Adams represents tenant in seven-year lease
Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC brokered a seven-year, 23,785 s/f lease at 463 Seventh Ave. for Consolidated Childrens Apparel, Inc. a children's apparel and accessory maker. The design house and manufacturer will be using the new spaces for general and executive offices as well as showroom space.
David Levy, principal of Adams & Co. represented the landlord, The Arsenal Co., LLC, while Joseph Friedman of Adams & Co. represented the tenant.
"463 Seventh Ave. offers low rents for great space in a an extremely well maintained building that houses a diverse portfolio of high-profile fashion tenants, and we are seeing more like-minded companies seeking office and showroom space here," said Levy.
The 22-story building, located near Penn Station, has 24/7 access and security in addition to newly-renovated elevators and windows. Notable tenants include Redcats USA, Bernardo Fashions, and G-111 Apparel Group. Retail tenants include Federal Express, Kara New York and Andrew's Coffee Shop.
