Levy and Maslin of Adams & Co. secure 1,981 s/f extension for International Intimate Holdings, Inc.

Manhattan, NY Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC, a full-service real estate firm specializing in property management, brokerage and consulting services, completed a 1,981 s/f expansion for International Intimate Holdings, Inc at 34 West 33rd St. The company’s subsidiary, Bon Bebe, currently utilizes a 10,197 s/f ninth-floor space in the building, which is also known as The Childrenswear Center, and will add 1,981 s/f of extra showroom and office space on the third floor.

David Levy and Brett Maslin of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and the landlord, Arcade Building Associates. Although the full details of the six-year lease were not disclosed, asking rent was $66 per s/f.

“The Childrenswear Center is an ideal location for Bon Bebe to expand. A number of likeminded children’s apparel tenants are also located in 34 West 33rd St. and have provided valuable networking opportunities to both International Intimate Holdings and Bon Bebe,” said David Levy, principal of Adams & Co. “By keeping its offices consolidated and near major transit lines like Penn Station, the PATH and multiple subway lines, the company is able to continue attracting and retaining talent while keeping costs efficient.”

Bon Bebe, a subsidiary of Intimate International Holdings, Inc., has provided children’s clothing for over 20 years. The global brand sells its products worldwide and includes the labels René Rofé Baby, Wild Child and Isaac Mizrahi Baby.

34 West 33rd St. is a 158,200/f building located near Herald Sq. between Broadway and Fifth Ave., with 24/7 infrared key access, new elevators, hallways and windows. Developed in 1908, the 12-story building hosts a roster of tenants that includes the Bentex Group, Baby Fair, and Flowers by Zoe.
