SEE Eyewear will establish a new store in Soho, according to Peter Levitan, managing director at Sierra Realty Corp. SEE Eyewear will take immediate possession of 1,550 s/f of turnkey space at 423 West Broadway, between Spring and Prince Sts.
"West Broadway is a perfect location for an extension of the SEE Eyewear franchise," said Levitan. "A strong tourism market, fashionable neighbors, and rents that are significantly more affordable than Broadway or Prince St. make this a place where a cool, vibrant brand like SEE can thrive."
SEE Eyewear will take its place amidst a shopping corridor that already features such major names in apparel as Dolce and Gabbana, Diesel, Coach, DKNY, French Connection, Swatch, Ralph Lauren, and Anthropologie.
The ten-year lease was negotiated by Levitan on behalf of landlords 609 Realty, LLC and 574 Realty, LLC. Jackie Totolo of RKF represented the tenant.
