Goldberg of Kalmon Dolgin Leases 6,000 s/f for Daimner Corp.

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged a 6,000 s/f, long-term lease for the Daimner Corp., a leading provider of customized fleet services and repairs. The shop, First Star Auto Repair Inc., is located at 684 133rd St. between Cypress and Willow Aves. in the Port Morris area of the borough. The one-story building at 684 133rd St. is ideal for auto repair, as the space contains 14-ft. ceilings and drive up access. The new lease represents one of many expansions planned for Daimner in 2011. The company currently has over 15 locations in the New York metropolitan area. Clark Goldberg of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented the tenant and the building owner in the deal. The space on 133rd St. is close to the Bruckner and Major Deegan Expressways, and a few short blocks from the Cypress Ave. #6 Subway station. The nearby Robert F. 2024 Year in Review: William O’Brien, M.C. O’Brien, Inc.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
