State of Israel Bonds' real estate and construction division will honor David Levinson, chairman and CEO of L & L Holding Co., at its annual luncheon on Nov. 6 at 11:30 a.m. at The Pierre. Levinson will receive the Israel Peace Medal "for his leadership in the Israel Bonds program to strengthen Israel's economy," said campaign chairman Kent Swig of Swig Equities and Terra Holdings. In addition, Levinson is a former chairman of the New York Academy of Art and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York's Board of Governors, the Dean's Council of New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study, and the boards of the Alliance for Downtown New York, Friends of the Upper East Side Historic Districts, and Intrepid Museum Foundation.
