What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2013? The consensus among our speakers seems to be that cautious optimism is in order. The Manhattan market remains strong and never fell to as great a low as other areas, particularly dense urban areas, nationwide.
What are some of your resolutions for 2013? To reach out to more and more women and minorities. To work with our group and with the presidents of PWC's six chapters so that we can all help our target populations advance in this industry. We hope to see their numbers grow -exponentially!
