Leighton and Sun join Parsons Brinckerhoff

Maxinne Leighton has been named Northeast Region business development/marketing manager in the New York office of Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global infrastructure strategic consulting, planning, engineering and program/construction management organization. Prior to joining Parsons Brinckerhoff, Leighton served as the principal of business development & public relations/director of marketing for close to two decades at Beyer Blinder Belle Architects & Planners, where she worked on pursuits both nationally and internationally. She has spoken widely on panels about marketing and strategic planning and is the recipient of the Society of Marketing Professionals Marketing Mentor, Professional Achievement and Principal's Champion awards. Mark Sun has been named a supervising construction engineer in the New York office of Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global infrastructure strategic consulting, planning, engineering and program/construction management organization. Sun has extensive experience in quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) management for major transportation, aviation, nuclear, waste treatment, and manufacturing projects. Prior to joining Parsons Brinckerhoff, he was a QA/QC manager with the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey.
