Lee & Associates' Steinberg and Schultz market 25,000 s/f store at 863 Broadway in Bushwick

The New York office of Lee & Associates NYC LLC, a privately-held national commercial real estate firm, is marketing a sizeable former furniture store at 863 Broadway, (corner of Park Ave.), in Bushwick, containing 15,000 s/f at grade level, with a 10,000 s/f basement and approximately 250 feet of frontage. Garry Steinberg, a managing director and a principal in Lee NYC, and Jaime Schultz, associate, hold the exclusive agency for the sizeable space, which is near such stores as Brooklyn T-Mobile, Walgreens, Foot Locker, Modells, Rainbow and Metro PCS. "This is a great opportunity to get on the ground floor in Bushwick," said Steinberg. "The location is two blocks from Woodhull Medical Center, so it is well-positioned for medical office, retail or even a supermarket to service the local community." Schultz said, "Bushwick is now touted as 'Williamsburg East' and we are beginning to see an influx of hipsters and young professionals. The usage choices are eclectic, public transportation is close by and the asking rent is reasonable." Lee NYC represented the landlord, Ranco Capital. The space is available June 1, 2014.
