Lee & Associates NYC lease 23,000 s/f to Capital Fund Management

Manhattan, NY Lee & Associates NYC represented Capital Fund Management (CFM), a Paris-based hedge fund firm with over $19 billion under management, in its relocation to 510 Madison Ave. in the Plaza District from the Chrysler Building. CFM signed a long-term lease and will occupy 23,000 s/f on the entire 28th and 29th floors. CFM is expected to move into its new space in March of 2026.

Richard Plehn and Lisa Ann Pollakowski from Lee & Associates NYC represented the tenant, CFM. The landlord, BXP, Inc., was represented in-house by Heather Kahn and Will Stark.

“CFM chose to move from the iconic Chrysler Building in pursuit of a more central financial district location within a modern building,” said Pollakowski, executive managing director at Lee & Associates NYC. “While 510 Madison Avenue offered many attractive features, the abundance of natural light and the reputation of the landlord were key factors in their decision.”

510 Madison Ave. is a 30-story, 345,000 s/f office building equipped with a variety of amenities, including an upgraded lobby, fitness center, 6th-floor terrace lounge, and roof terrace. Located on the corner of Madison Ave. and East 53rd St., 510 Madison Ave. is near a variety of transit options including the B, D, E, F, M, 4, 5, 6, and 7 subway lines and the Metro-North, and Long Island Railroads at Grand Central Terminal.
