Manhattan, NY According to Lee & Associates NYC, fashion jewelry brand Julie Vos has signed a 14,000 s/f office lease at 218-232 W. 40th St. in Midtown.

Julie Vos will occupy the building’s entire fourth floor. The company is relocating its corporate employees from 10 E. 38th St. and expects to move into its new headquarters this month.

Woody King of Lee & Associates NYC represented Julie Vos in the transaction. Brian Neugeboren, Nicole Goetz, and Matthew Savitt of Savitt Partners represented the landlord, 218 West 40th Associates LLC. The asking rent was $46 per s/f.

The full-floor space provides Julie Vos with an efficient layout, abundant natural light and a high-end custom buildout delivered by the landlord. The building’s central Midtown location also offers convenient access to major transportation hubs and subway lines.

“The combination of a private full-floor presence, quality buildout and highly accessible location made this an excellent fit for Julie Vos,” said King. “The new office gives the company an elevated headquarters that reflects its brand and supports its continued growth.”

Savitt said, “Today’s office tenants are increasingly focused on finding spaces that can serve multiple functions while reflecting their brand identity. Julie Vos found that opportunity at 218 West 40th St. and we are pleased to welcome them to the building.”

Founded in 2006 by designer and CEO Julie Vos, Julie Vos is a New York City-based fashion jewelry brand. The company creates high-end fashion jewelry with the weight, volume and standards associated with fine jewelry.
