Manhattan, NY Robert Aaron of Horvath & Tremblay has completed the sale of 168 Suffolk St. Horvath & Tremblay represented the seller and sourced the buyer. The asset sold for $9.80 million.

168 Suffolk St. is a five-story mixed-use building that contains 10 units comprised of one commercial unit on the ground floor and nine residential units comprised of one 3-bedroom/2-bathroom duplex, and eight, 2-bedroom/2-bathroom residential units in a 10,050 s/f building on a .06-acre parcel. All of the residential units are “free market”. 

The property has access to the MTA bus line, several subway stations (Delancey St.-Essex St. and Second Ave.), the Williamsburg and Manhattan Bridges, and the city’s highways. Situated in an urban infill location in the Lower East Side neighborhood, 168 Suffolk St. is positioned in between E Houston St. and Stanton St. and is near from Hamilton Fish Park and Essex Crossing, a multi-property neighborhood development at the intersection of Delancey St. and Essex St. The property has access to area amenities including restaurants, retailers, businesses, and service tenants, is close to several area parks and schools, and is one-mile from New York University (NYU) and is near neighborhoods including Bowery, SOHO, NOLITA, and Greenwich Village.
