Lee & Associates NYC arranges 14,000 s/f Midtown office lease for Julie Vos

Manhattan, NY According to Lee & Associates NYC, fashion jewelry brand Julie Vos has signed a 14,000 s/f office lease at 218-232 W. 40^th St. in Midtown.

Julie Vos will occupy the building’s entire fourth floor. The company is relocating its corporate employees from 10 E. 38^th St. and expects to move into its new headquarters this month.

Woody King of Lee & Associates NYC represented Julie Vos in the transaction. Brian Neugeboren, Nicole Goetz, and Matthew Savitt of Savitt Partners represented the landlord, 218 West 40^th Associates LLC. The asking rent was $46 per s/f.

The full-floor space provides Julie Vos with an efficient layout, abundant natural light and a high-end custom buildout delivered by the landlord. The building’s central Midtown location also offers convenient access to major transportation hubs and subway lines.
