Leary and Burk of CPEX broker two sales totaling $2.47 million

CPEX has completed two sales totaling $2.47 million. The deals include the following: * The sale of a commercial condominium located at 79 Bridge St. in the DUMBO neighborhood. The property features 100' of frontage on Bridge St. The space includes 4,400 s/f of retail/office space as well as an additional 2,200 s/f of basement storage and nine enclosed parking spaces. The sales price was $1.6 million. The sale was arranged by the CPEX mixed-use investment sales team headed by Scott Burk Esq. under the direction of senior managing director Brian Leary. CPEX was the sole broker. * The sale of two adjacent buildings located at 71-28 & 71-30 Cooper Ave. in Glendale, Queens. The buildings were 5,108 s/f and feature 115' of frontage on Cooper Ave. and 71st Place. The buildings were home to "Von Westerhagens" a neighborhood bar and grill. In addition there were two two-bedroom apartments that were occupied on a month to month basis. The sales price was $875,000. The sale was arranged by CPEX's mixed-use investment sales team headed by Burk under the direction of Leary. CPEX was the sole broker.
