Landsea Homes, DNA Dev. and Morris Adjmi Arch. top out Förena

Manhattan, NY Landsea Homes, in partnership with DNA Development, a privately held real estate investment and development company, has officially topped off at Förena, their 12-story boutique condominium development designed by Morris Adjmi Architects located at 540 Sixth Ave.

The developers recently came together with the Eklund|Gomes team and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, the exclusive sales and marketing agent for Förena, and the team from Morris Adjmi Architects to commemorate this milestone, as the building comes to life at the northeast corner of 14th St. and 6th Ave. Once complete, the building will introduce 50 residences comprised of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, many with private outdoor space, along with landscaped shared courtyard and rooftop amenities.

“To put it simply: We are absolutely thrilled to celebrate this milestone at Förena. Our teams have gone above and beyond, in spite of the unique challenges faced earlier this year, to advance this exceptional, high-quality development that will transform the streetscape and introduce an exceptional new residential offering,” said Jed Lowry, division vice president, Landsea Homes, New York Metro Div.

“We are excited to see our collective vision come to fruition at Förena,” said Alexander Sachs, partner at DNA Development along with David Berger. “Once complete, Förena will introduce a truly best-in-class property at the nexus of Greenwich Village, Union Square and Chelsea.”

Landsea Homes plans to merge with LF Capital Acquisition Corp.
