Lakow joins Pizzarotti as VP and project executive

Manhattan, NY Scott Lakow has joined Pizzarotti, LLC as vice president and project executive. In this role, he will be responsible for the overall management of construction projects from pre-construction through ground-up completion. He is currently working on Pizzarotti’s Seaport Residences project located at 161 Maiden Ln. in the Financial District. Lakow has worked in the construction industry for over 27 years and has been involved in the management and construction of projects totaling $2.5 billion in locations across the U.S. 

Some of Scott’s most notable projects include: the $950 million Goldman Sachs project in Jersey City, New Jersey; the re-positioning of 114 5th Avenue; The Georgica located at 305 East 85th Street; Hotel 50 Bowery; and the Mandarin Orient Residence in Manhattan.
