Lacy appointed director of marketing and public relations at McGuire Development
McGuire Development Company, a local commercial development, brokerage and property management firm, has appointed Caroline Lacy the director of marketing and public relations.
In this capacity, Lacy is responsible for creating and implementing all facets of corporate marketing. This includes the oversight of social media initiatives, website development, corporate and client collateral, print and online marketing, property matrixes, RFP proposals and strategic marketing initiatives for all levels of commercial real estate including sales, leases and build-to-suits.
Lacy has 20 years of experience in the marketing field and had previously worked as the marketing manager for sister companies Precious Plate Inc. and Precision Process, Inc.
She is adept and conceptualizing and implementing cross-channel branding of print and online media in a consistent, recognizable image across all platforms, resulting in successful company positioning. Her exceptional leadership skills enable her to strategically integrate multiple corporate initiatives while leading a team of professionals skilled in all aspects of real estate marketing.
