• Heeps and Kutikov brokered the sale of 95 Beaver St. in Cooperstown for $2.325 million; between Dearborn Land Investment and Albert K. O’Brien Estate for the development of a CVS.

• Kutikov and Heeps with Pyramid Brokerage Company, Inc. brokered a ten year retail lease of 20,000 s/f at 612 Central Ave. in Albany, between Rosenblum Development Corp. and Moran Foods, LLC DBA Save a Lot Supermarket.

• Kutikov and Heeps with Alan Zuckerman Real Estate brokered a ten year retail lease of 8,600 s/f at 1955 South Rd. in Poughkeepsie between South Road Associates, LLC c/o The Kempner Corp. and TKPK Sports Bar, LLC (Tilted Kilt).
