Kremnitzer and Teig of Pryor Cashman represent True Food in 1,700 s/f lease

Manhattan, NY Ronald Kremnitzer, partner and co-chair of Pryor Cashman’s real estate group, along with of counsel Benjamin Teig, represented True Food Kitchen, a health-focused farm-to-table style restaurant based in Arizona, in signing a new lease for its first restaurant location in New York. The lease is at Brookfield Place, 200 Vesey St., and is 7,500 s/f. True Food Kitchen currently has 11 locations nationwide and offers healthy, natural food and beverages centered on simple, fresh and pure ingredients.

2024 Year in Review: William O’Brien, M.C. O’Brien, Inc.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
