Kismet Construction named 2008 Industry Partner of the Year

The Greater New York Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management presented Karen Shunick, president of Kismet Construction, with the 2008 Industry Partner of the Year Award. This award is presented annually to one of IREM's industry partners for their outstanding level of commitment and support of the chapter. Kismet Construction is a woman-owned construction management organization specializing in property analysis and asset assessment for owners and developers. Their professionals have extensive experience in multi-residential projects, due diligence for distressed properties and work outs.
