Carpenter is the owner of Dawning Real Estate in Staten Island, N.Y. and is a past IREM chapter president and the 2008 president of the Staten Island Board of Realtors. Dawning Real Estate is a full service real estate company that conducts business in residential, commercial & industrial sales & property management from Staten Island to Albany.
