Carpenter named IREM's Certified Property Manager of the Year

Dawn Carpenter, CPM was presented with IREM's prestigious Certified Property Manager of the Year at the chapter's annual awards ceremony at Tavern on the Green in NYC. The award is given annually to the CPM that most clearly exemplifies IREM's value - ethics, education & excellence. Carpenter is the owner of Dawning Real Estate in Staten Island, N.Y. and is a past IREM chapter president and the 2008 president of the Staten Island Board of Realtors. Dawning Real Estate is a full service real estate company that conducts business in residential, commercial & industrial sales & property management from Staten Island to Albany. The company is the only Accredited Management Organization (AMO) on Staten Island.
