KINGS Capital Construction and KL Masters Construction break ground on 146 Westchester Ave.

Port Chester, NY A groundbreaking ceremony was held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, for 146 Westchester Ave. This event celebrated the launch of the first 12-story building in the area — a development that will bring 223 residential rental units, ground-level retail spaces, and amenities to the community.

This landmark project, a partnership of Saxum Real Estate and St. Katherine Group, with collaboration from KINGS Capital Construction and KL Masters Construction Company, is expected to be completed in Q4 of 2026.

Stakeholders and local leaders were in attendance, including: Nick Williams, founder and managing partner, St. Katherine Group; Sean Gilbert, principal, Saxum Real Estate; Luis Marino, mayor of Port Chester; Frank Ferrara, Port Chester IDA; JD Summa, CEO and president, KINGS Capital Construction; Mike Casarella, COO and president, KINGS Capital Construction.
