Platinum Properties is a real estate services firm specializing in the New York residential market. Currently, I'm working to expand our company's international presence by opening offices in major cities worldwide. We've been offered a few exclusive listings at several prominent New York developments, including 25 Broad and The Setai, and we'll launch a full marketing campaign for those apartments in the next few months. Our exciting initiatives for 2008 include the Platinum Concierge, a service that offers clients and prospective clients 24-hour access to information on virtually any housing related topic. We'll also introduce a new management company and in-house mortgage company, which will enable us to not only manage individual units for overseas buyers but also offer assistance to our clients who are looking to purchase or refinance their home. Key to success: Honesty If you had to choose another vocation what would it be? I would elect to stay in real estate but would venture into development.
