KDA arranges 10,000 s/f lease for United Yoram

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged a 10,000 s/f lease for the relocation of United Yoram, a 40-year old, national medical supply distributor, at 933 Stanley Ave. Neil Dolgin and Kalmon Dolgin, co-presidents of KDA, made the announcement. Allison Chambers, a broker at KDA, represented the tenant, United Yoram, in the deal, while Hillel Galosher at S&Z represented the owner, Casella Food. The tenant relocated from a 16,000 s/f space in Gowanus, and will use 933 Stanley Ave. as a warehouse for its merchandise. The building, between Berriman St. and Shepherd Ave., is off Linden Blvd., a major thoroughfare in the area. It offers two drive-in doors, and finished office space. The 3 subway line and the Belt Pkwy. are close by, offering transportation to Manhattan and Queens, as well as parts of Brooklyn.
