Kaufman of Bluestar handles 2,500 s/f lease between Bilingual Nest, LLC and 300 Manhattan Ave LLC

Manhattan, NY According to Bluestar Properties, Inc., it has arranged a long-term lease between Bilingual Nest, LLC, and 300 Manhattan Ave LLC.

Joshua Kaufman of Bluestar Properties, Inc. represented both the landlord and the tenant in this transaction.

Located across the street from Morningside Park, the new nursery and daycare center will occupy 2,500 s/f on the corner of West 113th St. and Manhattan Ave., in Harlem’s Gold Coast.

Bilingual Nest is a bilingual day care and pre-school that will offer educational programs including music, art, reading and writing.  The daycare, which maintains two other locations in the city, was eager to expand their footprint into the Morningside Heights neighborhood. In addition, Bilingual Nest will be renovating the facility and anticipates opening for the 2017-2018 academic school year.

Bluestar Properties, Inc. is a New York City-based real estate organization that specializes in the acquisition, management and leasing of commercial and multifamily properties.
