New York, NY According to Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck LLP (KDV), Anthony Proscia has joined the firm as a professional liability partner.

Proscia’s practice focuses on the defense of professional liability claims, including attorney and accountant malpractice, errors and omissions claims against real estate and insurance brokers and broker-dealers. He also handles commercial, employment and general liability claims.

“Anthony’s experience as a litigator, handling trials and arbitrations, achieving favorable decisions on dispositive motions and securing settlements lower than the original potential exposures, makes him a valuable addition to our growing professional liability practice,” said Brett Scher, partner and co-chair of the KDV’s professional liability practice. “Anthony has also worked in-house at an insurance company where he secured settlement and judgments of more than $10 million. Those combined experiences will provide valuable perspectives for our clients.”
