
St. Petersburg, FL Fuqua Development has sold 4501 66th St. N to Granite Capital for $7.8 million. Katz & Associates’ Daniel Solomon, CCIM, and Jon Cashion, represented the seller. The deal closed on May 21, 2026.
The two-tenant property is a 97,502 s/f newly remodeled center featuring national anchors Five Below and At Home. It’s shadow-anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market.
Solomon and Cashion said, “With national anchor tenants, dense demographics, ample parking, and more, this is a very desirable center. We’re happy to represent Fuqua Development in the sale of this property.”
