Katz of Deerwood Real Estate Capital closes $42 million sale

Abe Katz, managing partner of Deerwood Real Estate Capital, closed a $42 million loan on the acquisition of a rental building located on West 50th St. The seven-story building, located at 311 West 50th St., includes 102 rental units across 79,000 s/f of residential space.
