Kalet and Sposato of Pyramid sell 104,000 s/f retail showroom and warehouse

The former Goldberg's Furniture store, located at 506 S. Main St. was sold. L&J Stickley & Company, a world renown manufacturer and retailer of mission style furniture, headquartered in Manlius, purchased the 104,000 s/f retail showroom and warehouse. Michael Kalet and John Sposato of Pyramid Brokerage Company began strategically marketing the property in 2009 when Goldberg's Furniture announced they would be shutting down operations at their North Syracuse location. "Stickley was a natural fit for this facility," said Micheal Kalet, Director of Sales for Pyramid Brokerage Company. "They had been in the market looking for a location for a retail showroom, and the former Goldberg's facility, a mainstay in the community for over 75 years, was a perfect location for Stickley." Stickley Furniture plans on opening operations at their new location after construction and renovations have been completed anticipated to be fall, 2010.
