Kaish & Taub Development Group to complete 72-unit condominium

Construction is currently underway at Kaish and Taub Development's 72-unit condominium project in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn. Located at 53 Broadway and Wythe Ave., the seven-story building will offer studio, one and two-bedroom homes. With sales slated to begin in March 2008, 53 Broadway will offer residents views of the East River and the Manhattan skyline. Building amenities will include a fitness center, a fully landscaped, green rooftop garden terrace, a swimming pool, home theater and on-site parking. In addition to the residential component, 53 Broadway will also offer nearly 8,000 s/f of ground-floor retail space. "This mixed-use project will help transform and shape the future of this burgeoning Brooklyn neighborhood," said Norman Kaish, principal of Kaish & Taub. "Williamsburg is swiftly expanding into a highly-desired residential enclave with dining and shopping, and this building is designed to complement the neighborhood's growth while meeting the demand for luxury housing." In the heart of Williamsburg, adjacent to the Williamsburg Bridge, 53 Broadway is conveniently located near the MTA's J and M subway lines, the new water taxi to Wall Street and is easily accessible from the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway.
