Kahn joins Marcus & Millichap Capital

Manhattan, NY According to Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. (MMCC) Jacob Kahn has joined the firm in its local office. In his new role, Kahn will focus on commercial debt and equity financing across all property types. He will work with Max Herzog and Marko Kazanjian, who joined the firm in 2023 from JLL.

Kahn has over a decade of experience in commercial real estate finance and sales, with more than $1 billion in closed transactions. Throughout his tenure, he has provided guidance to a diverse array of owners and developers and has been instrumental in securing financing for multiple projects nationwide.

Prior to joining MMCC, Jacob spent nearly three years with Dankser Capital Group. He also spent eight years with Marcus & Millichap as an investment sales broker.
